By accessing or using DropSync WooCommerce by Prociro at app.prociro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DropSync WooCommerce by Prociro is a SaaS platform that helps WooCommerce merchants import products from AliExpress, synchronize product data (prices, stock, availability), manage orders, and automate fulfillment and logistics tracking.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must have the right to connect the WooCommerce stores and AliExpress accounts you integrate with our service.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with AliExpress and WooCommerce terms of service.
• You may not use the service to engage in fraudulent activities, intellectual property infringement, or spam.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, API changes by third parties (AliExpress, WooCommerce), or data synchronization delays.

6. Intellectual Property

The DropSync WooCommerce platform, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data (products, orders, store information).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prociro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, order errors, or pricing discrepancies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
